Some noodles songs have multiple titles (i.e. Half metronome and HAAFU METORONOOMU, or Kanashii heya and A Sad Room and The Sad Room and 悲しい部屋). This is simply because some songs are titled in Japanese, but are sometimes listed with an English title. This handy, dandy table will hopefully clear up any confusion.
